Foothill Transit utilizes a third party electronic procurement system to post contract opportunities. Vendors will need to register with Foothill Transit’s portal page on the site, PlanetBids, to receive procurement notifications and download procurement materials. Vendors who are currently registered with Planet Bids will not need to create a new profile.
